We are now looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to join our customer success team to work with integration and implementation of Deepinsight Hero. You will play a crucial role in supporting our customers with technical onboarding and ensuring a smooth integration process. Key responsibilities as Technical Customer Success Manager

  • Act as the main point of contact towards the IT providers in the different health regions in Norway and towards local IT departments at private hospitals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with technical contact points at customer side, acting as their trusted advisor for technical issues and solutions.
  • Lead technical integrations for our customers and maintain ongoing communication for updates and improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve technical workflows and enhance customer experience.
  • Perform technical testing during go-live integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with health region requirements and work together with our security team to create and maintain necessary documentation
  • Document processes and technical configurations clearly and effectively.

What we expect of you

  • Proven experience leading or executing technical integrations.
  • Hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

  • Solid understanding of HTTP-based integrations, REST APIs, and webhooks.
  • Fluency in English and full professional fluency in Norwegian is required.
  • Some traveling is expected.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in the health tech space within Norway or with hospitals’ IT departments.
  • Knowledge about EHR systems, HL7 and FHIR standards
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications, or Linux-based web hosting.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting, including DNS, TLS/SSL, proxies, and networking fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management and authentication systems and protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML).
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).
